At Duke Mini Mart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s what you need to know:
Damages and Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges and Refunds
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take a few business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, drinks)
- Opened food or beverages
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Final sale items
